A 10-kioski operates out of the basement floor of this property on the corner of Snellmaninkatu and Kirkkokatu.  The housing company's drains and water pipelines were replaced and apartment bathrooms were remodelled. In addition, new subsurface drains and yard areas were built outside the building.
