The rental housing company owned by Niiralan Kulma Oy consists of three apartment blocks. Interior renovations were carried out on each. Saunas were installed in several apartments, bathrooms and kitchens were renovated and room layouts were changed.  At the same time, doors and windows were replaced and lifts were installed in stairwells.
